We build AI automations that do your repetitive office work.

We connect the tools you already use, so invoices, emails, leads and reports take care of themselves.

Book a free 30-minute AI audit

30 minutes, no pitch, with a written summary

What takes up your week?

Today

Someone opens every invoice email and types the amounts into your accounting tool by hand.

With ExoSail

Invoices are read, entered and checked automatically. You only approve the ones that look wrong.

How it works

  1. Free audit

30 minutes on your processes. You keep the written summary.

  2. Fixed proposal

Scope, timeline and price in writing before any work.

  3. Build

Short iterations with a demo every week. Live in two to three weeks.

  4. Run

Handover with documentation. Monthly support only if you want it.

Questions people ask first

All questions

What happens in the free AI audit?

We spend 30 minutes on your processes and goals. Afterwards you receive a short written summary with the most promising opportunities and an honest view of effort and risks. There is no sales pitch.

Do I have to buy anything after the audit?

No. The summary is yours to keep, whether or not you continue with ExoSail.

How do you handle data privacy and confidential information?

Before any build, we agree in writing which data is processed, where it is stored and which providers are involved. Where possible, solutions run in your own accounts, and hosting in your region, for example in the EU, is used when you need it. A confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement can be put in place.

ExoSail is based in India. How do time zones work?

We plan calls in your working hours. Indian hours overlap well with Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, and we take early or late calls for the Americas. Day-to-day communication runs by email or a shared chat channel.

How is AI used in the social media service?

AI helps with research and first drafts. A human edits every post, checks facts and tone, and you approve it before it is published. Nothing goes live without review.

Which tools and platforms do you work with?

The choice depends on your needs and existing systems. Common options are n8n, Make, Zapier, models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, and custom code in Python or TypeScript. ExoSail is not tied to any single vendor.
