2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working website. Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period.

3. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, the following data is processed to answer your request: name, email address, company (optional), selected service, budget range, timeline and your message. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your request.

The form opens your own email program with your message filled in, and you send it to info.exosail@gmail.com. Emails you send us are received and stored with Google (Gmail).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep your request as long as needed to answer it and for any follow-up, then delete it, unless legal retention duties apply.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider (Google) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Booking calendar (Cal.com)

Where the booking page offers an appointment calendar provided by Cal.com, the calendar is only loaded after you click the button to load it. From that point, Cal.com processes the data needed for booking, such as your name, email address and chosen time, and may set its own cookies.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website only stores strictly necessary information in your browser:

• exo_consent: stores whether you accepted or rejected optional tools. Duration: 180 days.
• exo_theme (local storage): remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Only stored after you use the switch, and kept until you clear your browser data.

7. Analytics

No analytics or tracking tools are used at present. If an analytics tool is added later, this section will be updated, and the tool will only run after you consent.

8. Fonts

Fonts are served from this website's own server. No connection to external font services is made when you visit the site.

9. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
